Delivery in Hong Kong
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will arrange delivery in 7 days.
SF Delivery Service - Delivery to assigned address【Customer to Pay】
If no one signs, we will send it to SF Express according to the delivery area of the order, and it must be signed when delivered. If no one signs, the merger will be sent back to the warehouse, and the courier company will arrange for you to be rescheduled through the contact phone, or you personally please note that your package will arrive in the warehouse within one to two working days of the first delivery.
SF Station and SF express service center self-service
To make it easy for you to pick up your order easily, you can pick up the goods at SF Express Station and SF Express Service Center. When the order arrives at the pickup location, SF Express will send an SMS to the recipient or notify the pickup by phone. When picking up at SF Express Station or Service Center, you must present the confirmation message sent by SF Express, and the SF Express staff will check the recipient's information before picking up.

Free Delivery Policy
We offer fast free delivery service with care to your doors for all purchases above $1000 HKD (Hong Kong Only) (May subject to change during promotional periods). (Excluding products weighing more than 5 kg or the longest side exceeding 60 cm).
Delivery outside of Hong Kong
We support deliveries to the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and the United States. The shipping fee is to be calculated after the order is made and will be invoiced back to the customer.
Attention:
You need to be aware of any weight, custom tax (VAT, GST etc), or other restrictions when delivering to the designated countries. Please check carefully with local authorities before placing orders. Any additional costs, delays, rejections, or issues for not meeting the local customs requirements or inspections will be responsible by you (as the customer). If goods are returned to CyclingShoppa due to any of the above reasons, you will be contacted via email to arrange further changes to shipping details, already paid shipping fees may not be refunded and additional arrangement shipping fees will need to be paid before proceeding to further sending of the goods. Goods are also not refundable if client chooses not to proceed with shipping the goods to the designated countries as a result of the restrictions or complications.
